• Job Details:Managing the maintenance (mech & elect), preventive & predictive maintenance, preparation, workshop and warehouse departments. In-addition, projects Dept. CAPEX’s “new projects and extensions”. Description of work: Ensures that the PMR’s (preventive maintenance routines) applied and the results/reports are analyzed regularly. Contribute to reach maximum long-term availability / reliability of the equipment and installations in the plant by implementing the appreciate preventive maintenance / condition monitoring / predictive strategies and actions at the lowest optimum cost and in compliance with the Health & Safety policies. Train and coach the maintenance team on preventive maintenance and maintenance best practices. Accountable for management and overall results within process area based on defined KPI’s, this includes development of area budgets, capital requirements, major maintenance projects and implementation plans. Plan preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities and develop maintenance routines contribute t plan annual shutdown programs. Responsible for Total Lubrication Management and lubrication preventive maintenance routines development and execution. Responsible for total management of condition monitoring inspections: walk by inspection (WBI), lubrication analysis, vibration analysis, non-destructive testing (NDT), thermography analysis, wear measurements, electric motors diagnostic, gear measurements, other specific condition monitoring measurements. Control lubrication and condition monitoring tasks of equipment and installations to identify needs of maintenance actions and reduce risks of unplanned downtime. Create, plan, organize and execute short and long-range objectives to ensure continued departmental efficiency and effectiveness. Elaborate and control maintenance budget, ensuring planning and follow-up of costs. Lead planning for all foreseeable operations (weekly, master, shutdown). Uses SAP system to optimize overall equipment effectiveness at the lowest suitable cost of maintenance. Accountable for providing leadership, development and coaching on individual performance to direct reports to achieve business results. Manage warehouse for stock control, turn over value, transactions, work flow, physical storage and reporting. Responsible of CAPEX, new projects and extensions. Implements safety policies & standards and manages the safety accordingly;

• Job Details:Ensure that the PMR's ( preventive maintenance routines) applied and the results/reports are analyzed regularly. Assists in the development of maintenance budget and manages the allocation as per agreed plans. Ensure that performance targets are achieved, corrective action is appropriate and performance problems are addressed proactively at an individual and team level. Ensuring relevant legal compliance ( assessment criteria includes :- downtime, availability, reliability, MTBF for the equipment, throughput, plant yield and related efficiency measures, deviation from operating within agreed and legal process parameters, customer satisfaction and budgetary compliance).Conducts training needs analysis and recommends training objectives to the plant manager and HR. Assess post/training performance of employees and provides feedback on the effectiveness and appropriateness of training. Implements safety policies & standards and manages the safety accordingly. Monitor and analyze the daily condition monitoring report for plant equipments. Ensure on daily, weekly and monthly basis that the major outages tasks execution as per planning in terms of time, manspower and cost through short interval control. Make monthly report for the whole plant equipment including ( equipments status, major breakdowns, failures analysis, analysis for critical vibrations measurements, effect of spare parts availability on maintenance activities and plan for next month as a maintenance activities. In charge of Capex and new extensions in the plant. I was the project manager in additional to my function as preventive maintenance manager for the following projects ( Coal/pet/coke mill and feeding system 15 ton/hr & Grey Cement Ball Mill " off line, capacity 50 ton/hr & 8 spot packing machine 120 ton/hr).
