• Job Details: 1. Developing the company's warehouses in Qatameya. 2. Laying the necessary foundations for the company's warehouses in 6th of October City. 3. Studying the operation requirements of the company's warehouses in 6th of October City (i.e. cranes, doors, docks and raking systems), and choosing the best systems for the company. 4. Communicating with companies for supplying cranes, setting the required specifications, studying the quotation submitted by each company, making the necessary comparisons, and reaching the best prices. 5. Communicating with companies for supplying the doors of warehouses and docks, deciding the required specifications, studying the quotation of each company, making the necessary comparisons, visiting the companies to see their work volumes, studying their previous work experiences and reaching the best prices. 6. Communicating with companies for supplying the raking systems, setting the required specifications, studying the quotation of each company, making the necessary comparisons for the optimal use of storage spaces and reaching the best prices 7. Developing the operating plans for the company's warehouses at 6th of October City, the structure and setting security arrangements and industrial safety procedures. 8. . Studying the SAP Program and applying it to the company's warehouses at 6th October City. 9. Managing the company's warehouses in Abu Rawash during the period as of 1/4/2016 until 1/5/2017. 10. Developing and implementing new warehousing policies in Abu Rawash. 11. Establishing the company's warehouses in Abu Rawash and converting them to a branch of the company. 12. Developing the company's branch in Abu Rawash to be suitable for the introduction of new customers of the company (new customers such as Global Trading, El-Foteem Company and Raya Company were introduced to the company as new customers). 13. Developing a new plan for Abu Rawash warehouses, organizing the security, and developing plans for safety and vocational health. 14. As of 1/5/2017 until current date, I have been appointed to manage the company's branch in E2 in 6th of October City. 15. Clients were introduced into the branch (Rexam Company, SKY Company for Oils, HSBC Bank, Emarat & Misr Company and Etisalat Egypt Company) 16. Managing all projects and following up the operation of staff, equipment, cranes and all operating tools, plus conducting and receiving follow up reports. 17. Dealing with companies for combating rodents and insects, plus evaluating them. 18. Conducting performance appraisals for employees, workers and crane drivers, plus working on raising their efficiency and training them. They are more than 40 individuals.

• Job Details:Responsibility: 1. Make sure of executing safety and health instructions. 2. Review the process of receiving local parts from local Suppliers and ensure the quality of the received quantity with opened P/O. 3. Follow up with quality department to ensure the acceptance of received parts. 4. Receiving the parts on open PO. On ERP system (Great Plains). 5. Assign receiving documents to the accounting department 6. Schedules staff and monitors daily operation and department plans. 7. Monitors daily operations to business and department plans. 8. Arranging the materials according to expiry date and issue it to production line according to FIFO. 9. Follow up Gas & Benzene readings and supplying to production line. 10. Follow up Cooling room ( temperature degree and arrangement ) 11. Review and update instructions for the chemicals and their interactions and degrees of severity. 12. Perform performance evaluations and provides associate guidance as needed. 13. Monitors and performs follow-up for associate accuracy. 14. Conducts audits to insure associate accuracy. 15. Arranging exit documents for scrap material and material need to be tested or extended at local suppliers 16- Responsible for supporting new projects. 17- Responsible for specify the (Re-order Point and Safety Stock) according to the lead time, consumption rate, Shelf life, and the Min. Order Quantity
