- Job Details:Country Senior Revenues & Receivables Accountant - Full Time: -Accounting for the sales & collections, follow up for the timely collections from all the customers. Compile, review and analyze the total Company’s daily cash position. -Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording sales and accounts receivables’ data. -Prepare invoices, bank deposits, Credit Control and resolving sales queries Monitor all bank account balances and fund all offices as needed. -Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. -Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger. -Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. -Prepare monthly receivable statements & sales reports. -Preparing daily reconciliation between bank and company accounts. -Handling daily receipts, monthly revenue intake sheets, spreadsheet files and inter-company report -Updating revenue tracking sheets and processing royalties. -Monitoring and manage clients’ accounts. -Ensuring that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded. -Closing Inter Company Billing. Country GL & Fixed Assets Senior Accountant - Full Time: -Preparing financial statements. -Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations. -Bank reconciliation (Revenues & Expenses). -Monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets. -Assign tag numbers to fixed assets. -Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed. -Perform fixed assets reporting & capital expenditure. -Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets. -Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation. -Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of. -Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management. -Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations. -Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed asset. -Prepayments & Accruals. -Indemnity &Leave provisions. Country Senior Accounts Payable & Treasury Accountant - Full Time: -Process client invoices, vendor invoices, employee expenses report, utility invoices -Follow the accounts payable monthly closing check list ensuring proper and timely accounts payables monthly closing process/procedures. -Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures. -Reconcile accounts payable transactions, & petty cash -Monitor and review complete payroll accounts for verification of accuracy. -Correctly making payroll related general ledger journal entries for each record. -Ensure all the Accounts Payable transactions are properly accounted for, by selecting the appropriate ledger account. -Prepare & calculate monthly bonus for employees. -Timely prepared, verified and reconciled monthly, quarterly and yearly ad hoc, accruals and allowances reports (related to payroll management).
