• Job Details:Invoicing all positive (Recurring & Non -Recuring) transactions (including mass invoicing), collecting, and processing payments. - Invoicing transactions, collecting, and processing payments. - Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. - Coordinated with Tax and Legal departments for subsidiaries. - Appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses. - Responsible for posting all incoming payments - Inputs and retrieves data from financial systems (posting payment and reconciling with bank statements) - Maintaining client records - Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data - Generating month end reports. - Make sure that I provide all the MRRs & the NRRs' reports to the reporting team included in the storytelling process for them to be able to trace all the revenue posted entries on our team. - Respond to OPS or Customers on any process-related queries and manage escalations. - System implementation Intact to Oracle Netsuite System. -Key Skills Acquired: Oracle Netsuite System, Excellent knowledge of Sage Intact Accounting Software, Invoiced, Jira, Invoice Processing, Telecommunications Billing, Billing System and E-Invoicing
