• Job Details:• Coordinating the management of spare parts for forecasting demand and inventory, ensuring timely delivery while considering cost management. Also, overseeing and managing the maintenance and inspection of all Reefers in DPW Terminal and Sokhna depots. • Using ERP SYSTEM to Update invoices of inspected and Repaired Reefers ALSO to check the stock of spare parts • Act as a primary point of contact for shipping lines to keep Them Updated on Reefer's issues. • Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints related to the Repair service. • Prepare Repair invoices and report to shipping lines
