• Job Details:the E-payments team of the information technology department is mainly working on operations and troubleshooting the errors. at first, I was introduced to the various Systems of the E-payments team ( Top up, Payment Gateway, and Activation) and gained a solid understanding of the system architecture of each one. Had a hands-on experience in API gateways and how it works in a client/server architecture. Learned how to communicate with the Server machine through the Linux command. Collaborated with a team of developers to report data and give valuable insights from transactions log files, we used Python (pandas, numpy & matplotlib), Shell Scripting, and SQL
