• Job Details:● Configuring network hardware like servers, routers, Access point and switches ● Upgrading and diagnose computer networks ● Troubleshooting network issues ● Assisting network architects with the design of network models ● Deploying and updating software and licenses. ● Managing servers and their operating systems ● Implementing security measures and basic testing ● Managing physical network storage. ● Interface directly with the help desk and IT support technicians to resolve and Document hardware and software troubleshooting tickets, bug reports and errors. ● Implement, configure and manage Domain Controllers, File Servers, and Print server ● Manage high availability (Domain Controller, File Server). ● Implement and manage virtualization environment via VMware Esxi. ● Configure and manage FortiGate firewall and set traffic routes, create VPN tunnels, load balance, failover. ● Build VPN tunnels between branches and configure remote access. ● Design and apply internet security policies for each department via web filtering, app control, data leaks prevention and traffic shaping. ● Set and perform backup plans for servers. ● Contact suppliers and vendors for getting all hardware needed. ● Manage AD object permissions, authentications, GPO management ● Implement DHCP server and Reservation devices with Mac address. ● Manage CRM Server. ● Create\update inventory for all network devices ● Make management reports about servers’ performance. ● Provide training for users about new software\systems. ● Monitor Issable Call center system server & configure . ● Manage internal VOIP Grandstream System. ● Monitor NVRs & IP camera. ● Manage / update antivirus for Servers & users. ● Constant communication with technical support to solve all software & MS. Dynamic & Double-Click ERP Issues. ● Daily Check all of IT infrastructure network devices ● Support & train IT team (help desk) to know how to solving different issues.
