• Job Details:Managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing and vendor payments. My responsibilities include: • Verifying the accuracy and validity of invoices and expense claims before processing. • Ensuring timely and accurate posting of journal entries and maintaining organized records. • Coordinating regular reviews of bookkeeping records for consistency and compliance. • Preparing and submitting tax returns in accordance with legal requirements. • Handling the reconciliation of payable accounts and monitoring payment cycles. • Supporting month-end close activities and financial documentation. • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial control. • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements. • Supporting external audits by preparing documentation and reports requested by auditors.
