• Job Details:Leading / Managing performance of (2 Cost control Engineers, 4 Planning engineers, 1 document Controller, 2 Quantity Surveyors)  Prepare baseline schedule (Oracle Primavera P6) fully resource and cost loading using CPM scheduling concepts and principles to develop basic EPC logic driven schedules.  Examine Contract documents to define all the Risks/Liabilities that might affect the project.  Monitor and update the approved baseline (weekly & monthly) during project execution phase.  Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports and present it during progress meetings.  Prepare look-ahead schedule to reflect the priorities of the schedule activities and define the critical path(s) and recommend preventive actions.  Analyze and report variance from baseline and recommend mitigation plans.  Review Monthly Payment Certificate (Company Invoices) and compare it with the baseline Earned Value Cost.  Identify time schedule implications associated with client variations and prepare an Extension of Time documents.  Monitor the project cash flow and prepare schedule forecasts / Payments (Invoicing) Forecasts / Cash Flow Analysis.  Review and prepare the project’s cost report (internal) to confirm the budget planning & analyzing the variance between Actual Cost and Budgeted cost and take preventive/corrective actions if necessary.  Manage Tender stage to provide Time Schedule, Cash Flow, Resource usage profile to the estimation department.  Prepare a monthly top management executive summary report/Dashboards integrating both cost and time (Earned Value Management) to summarize the overall performance of the company’s projects.  Proficiency in using Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access & Outlook) and good user of AutoCAD & ERP system.  Wide knowledge of contract administration principles and FIDIC contract management.  Good knowledge of accounting basics and principles.  The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and flexible to change priorities  The ability to adapt and work with people of varied backgrounds and objectives

Senior Project Controls EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Prepare and manage Baseline schedule integrating work breakdown structure using Oracle Primavera P6 software.   Track / monitor progress of all activities and deliverables such as Engineering, Material Delivery status and construction of all discipline.    Analyze and report variance from plan and recommend a mitigation plan.   Prepare look-ahead schedule to reflect the priority of the schedule activities.   Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team.   Prepare close out report in coordination with the PM staff to be used as a reference for the company for future projects.   Gather timely and accurate incurred cost (Committed Cost) data from construction team, contractors and other associated groups such as inventories.   Review and reconcile actual project costs monthly from Oracle accounting system.   Analyze all gathered cost data and preparing Monthly Cost report.   Provide monthly project cost reports, spending profile, variance analysis, cost summary and other cost status reports to top management.   Provide quarterly cost plan showing forecast/estimate to complete cost.   Adding new variation/change orders to the project budget (if any).
