Formulating Bill of Materials (BOM), Instrument Indexes, User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Shutdown Keys, IO lists, Control Narratives and Network Architectures, contributing to efficient project execution and enhancing system reliability and safety. Reviewing Electrical and P&ID Drawings as well as developing PLC, HMI and safety systems for diverse industrial processes following industrial standards. Performing Site Acceptance (SAT) and Factory Acceptance (FAT) Tests at customer sites, and supporting on-site commissioning and installation activities.

Devised comprehensive Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to fulfill client requirements, facilitating the generation of real-time insights into Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Performed Field Commissioning, Installation and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
