• Job Details:Inventory (Demand) Planner  End-to-end planning of inventory from purchase orders to transferring products to the warehouses and branches.  Monitoring of stock levels to avoid over-stocking or going out of stock.  Leading team brain-storming sessions to enhance the transfer process from central warehouse to all (18) branches.  Estimating quantities needed from “new to the market” suppliers.  Monitoring the flow of slow-moving and/or near-expiry items on a weekly basis.  Forecasting & calculating factors of increase in sales and the effect of seasonal change on item stocks.  Interacting with the purchasing & marketing teams for optimization of the procurement process.  Analyzing reports, deducing trends and using ERP for the process of creating purchase orders.
