• Job Details:- Design and develop various requirement programs. - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. - Determine selection criteria. - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g Social Platforms, Professional Networks & Headhunting). - Post and advertise jobs. - Review job descriptions. -  Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assignments and in-person interviews. - Negotiate offers and proactively building Benchmark’s talent pipeline. - Maintain Bulk Data Bases and keep on updating them for ongoing hiring process. - Hiring both White & Blue Collar ( Mass Hiring). -Assess candidates information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicants tracking system. - Design job description and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements. - Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. - Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
