At your service agent at the Hurghada Marriott beach resort * Operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls *Applying the principle of one stop shop , taking all the guest requests by phone & distribute it to the department concerned ( maintenance , housekeeping , room service ) * Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest. * Through L E A R N process Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems for the guest receive priority and are resolved & making the appropriate report ( Guest response form ) , presenting it to the mangement & the guest relation to make the appropriate statistics * Run and review daily reports/logs. * Accept and record wake-up call requests and ensure that the guest received it * Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
