• Job Details:1) Attracting new businesses through promotional advertising, development, and thorough researches. 2) Recommend some efficient business growth strategies which would help the company retain customers and increase sales and augment any business competition. 3) After the project enters the construction stage, the specialist is largely responsible for carrying out all marketing and telesales operations, and working with the marketing team to implement an efficient campaign. 4) Carry out an extensive market study in order to meet the market demand. 5) Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business. 6) The role involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements. 7) The specialist produces lead reports and documents that involves important customer opportunities, which ensures action is taken and leads are followed through. 8) Provides input into strategic marketing activities by adding new facilities and enhancements to existing projects based on customer needs. 9) Writing, critically reviewing, and updating reports, proposals, applications and contracts. 10) Ensuring that the different impact issues of the proposed project are managed. 11) Building and maintaining investor relations trust through providing series of updates on the technical and financial level. 12) Assist in obtaining finances for the projects by providing all necessary marketing studies and project cash flows.
