• Job Details:Construction Management : According to watanya standards and specs , Managing project teams and coordinating with supervisors , foremen , surveyors …etc to assure project outcomes as per project baseline and quality requirement. - Planning : making rolling wave plans to monitor progress of each phase of the project and to asure project completion on time according to the schedule . - Coordination : this includes main contractor , sub contractors ,Concrete factory , electrical , mechanical , ducting (HVAC) , fire fighting , quality , safety departments to control work at site . - Resource Allocation : managing resource allocation at site according to priorities of work to avoid any wastage of resources . - Material Availibility : Ensuring the availibility of materials at site & quantity surveying of the materials needed and received to assure continuity of work . - Quality : ensuring that work done at site according to the quality procedures and watania standards . - Safety : ensuring of safety requirements are being met at site .
