Engineer - Planning

• Job Details:Obtain quantities & preparing running accounts/client bill. Preparing schedule, budget, manpower histogram and cashflow. Project viability/feasibility study, preparing escalation bills for materials and non-tendered bills. Prepare contractor bills every month progress and the manpower supply man hrs. Provide material requirement as per forecast plan for procurement. Material reconciliation and wastage control. Reconciling the actual cost/quantity against running accounts on monthly basis. Preparing MIS & progress reports. Preparing work order, hire order & job order. Make monthly, weekly plan v/s achievement. Coordinate with client and monitor the execution. Organizing meeting with engineering team. Prepare the daily report for the Saudization. Prepare the monthly report for Saudization. Actively monitor the project progress in line with the contract schedule and ensure the EPC contractor adhere to the program. Track and monitor contractor performance in relation to agreed contracts term. Manage budgets associated with the contracts. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with the contract, scope of work, client requirements, corporate practices and project procedures. Have a strong understanding of all key project processes, including construction and engineering, procurement, project controls reporting and contract management.

• Job Details:Assisted in preparing project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project for MEP activities. Coordinated with site engineers and subcontractors for daily progress updates and reporting. Monitored project timelines and ensured alignment with the master schedule. Supported in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports for client and management review. Assisted in quantity take-off and material requirement planning for MEP systems. Participated in technical meetings and ensured planning inputs were aligned with project execution. Helped identify project delays and supported in developing recovery plans.
