• Job Details:Strategic Leadership and Operations:  Direct and oversee all aspects of company operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial management, and client relations to ensure sustained growth and market presence.  Foster strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and impact in international markets. Consulting and Advisory Services:  Provide expert advice and consulting services to organizations in internal audit, risk management, governance, and compliance, helping clients optimize their operations and mitigate risks.  Conduct thorough assessments of organizational structures, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to enhance efficiency.  Advise on the integration of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices into daily operations and strategic initiatives. Internal Audit and Risk Management:  Develop and execute internal audit plans that align with organizational goals and regulatory compliance requirements.  Lead audit activities, risk assessments, and the development of audit strategies to proactively identify and mitigate emerging risks.  Oversee audits, evaluate risk management practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.  Provide strategic direction on risk mitigation techniques, including control testing, risk assessments, and crisis management.  Monitor and report on risk exposure to the executive team, advising on strategic initiatives to manage and mitigate emerging risks. Certification Programs and Continuing Professional Education (CPE):  Lead and manage certification programs in areas such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).  Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs to cater to professionals’ needs across various industries, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve excellence.  Create and deliver CPE programs to help professionals maintain and enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies in their respective fields. Quality Assurance Leadership:  Led the External Quality Assurance program for Etisalat by E& Egypt, achieving a "Generally Conforms" rating for their Internal Audit Department in compliance with IPPF standards.
