• Job Details:Planning, Design & Supervision & Technical support of the Ministry of Health, at the General Directorate of Health Affairs Al Jouf Region. Department of Engineering Affairs, (Projects and Maintenance) Project management and supervising the implementation of all mechanical works in the projects of the Directorate of Health Affairs in health care facilities and hospitals in the Al- Jouf region (King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital, Prince Mutaib bin Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital, Women, Obstetrics and Children Hospital, Suwayr General Hospital, Dumat Al-Jandal General Hospital, Hospital Tabarjal General, Abu Ajram General Hospital, Meqoua General Hospital) (45 health centers) (vaccine centers). • Planning for new projects and projects to rehabilitate healthcare facilities and hospitals in Al-Jouf Health Affairs Directorate : • Preparing project design plans for all mechanical systems (HVAC / plumbing/firefighting / medical gases). • Preparing technical specifications for equipment, devices, and materials for all mechanical systems (Medical gases/ HVAC / plumbing & Medical Drainage/ firefighting Systems). • Preparing BOQ, and estimating the cost of mechanical items for the project. • Pricing tenders and estimating project costs for all mechanical systems (Medical gases/ HVAC / plumbing & Medical Drainage/ firefighting System). • Supervising the implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and delivery of all mechanical systems (Medical gases/ HVAC / Plumbing & Medical Drainage/ firefighting Systems). • Preparing the site inspection minutes and the preliminary receipt of the project. • Apply the Essential Safety Requirements (ESR) requirements in Al-Jouf region hospitals in accordance with the standards of the Center for Accreditation of Health Institutions (CBAHI) regard to the following: Facility Management and Safety Standards (FMS). (FMS21, FMS22, FMS23, FMS24, FMS32) • Standards for managing infection control (IPC). (IPC 15 isolation room safety standards) (IPC REQUIREMENTS FOR ISOLATION ROOMS). • Apply the requirements of the General Directorate of Infection Prevention and Control in Healthcare Facilities (GDIPC). Infection Control Requirements in Design, Construction, and Renovation in Healthcare Facilities. • Apply the requirements of health and social care facilities according to the requirements of the Saudi Building Code SBC201 (SBC801, SBC702, SBC7 01, SBC501). • Apply health care facilities requirements as per NFPA® 99 Health Care Facilities Code requirements. • Apply the standards and requirements for the design and implementation of medical gas systems in healthcare facilities and hospitals, according to the requirements of the Health Technical Memorandum (HTM).

• Job Details:Design & Supervision & Technical support of the Ministry of Interior, Special Forces for Security and Protection (SFSP) Projects. • design and supervision the implementation of all mechanical works at Ministry of Interior, Special Forces for Security and Protection (SFSP) Projects: • Preparing the tender design technical specifications, Preparing BOQ, Estimating cost and pricing tender mechanical items • Supervision the implementation, installation, testing, commissioning and Handover for all mechanical systems (HVAC /plumbing/firefighting). • Preparing the site inspection minutes, and minutes of the initial receipt of project. • Pricing government and private tenders and estimating project costs for all mechanical systems (HVAC/ Plumbing & Firefighting). • Preparing technical specifications for equipment and devices, & materials for all mechanical systems (HVAC /plumbing/firefighting). • Estimating the cost of mechanical items of projects and inventory and scheduling of mechanical works. • Design and supervision of the implementation of HVAC systems (Data room Air Condition System Down flow type, Spilt Unit, Package Unit) for (Data Center, Office buildings & Security Operations Building) • Design and supervision the implementation of Plumbing System for buildings and facilities, (Domestic Hot & Cold, Sanitary Building Drain, Storm & Vent). • Design and supervision the implementation of firefighting systems (Sprinkler Systems, Standpipe & fire hydrant, portable Fire Extinguisher) • Design and supervision of the implementation of the Data center (HVAC, Fire Suppression System). * Design & supervising the implementation of HVAC Cooling Systems for Data Centers - Heat & Cooling Load Calculations by ASHRAE Thermal Guidelines for Data Processing Environments standards. - Select and determine the appropriate Air conditioning system (Downflow, In-Row Cooling), by the type of IT equipment ( rack-mount servers or blade servers). - Temperature & Relative Humidity Air Quality Control. * Design & supervise the implementation of the Fire Suppression System for Data Centers. Select an environment-friendly clean agent suppression (NOVEC) Calculate agent quantity at minimum hazard temperature, Determine tank size, numbers, and fill density, and Check concentration at max. temperature, Find the appropriate nozzle location, Design the pipe network, and do hydraulic flow calculations.

Senior Mechanical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervise the implementation and installation of MEP works, in accordance with approved shop drawings. • Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate. • Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work • progress to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks. • Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time. • Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required. • Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors. • Receipt mechanical works from subcontractors and handover to the consultant.
