• Job Details:Responsibilities Remunerations (Payroll) • Payroll Handling, Processing and Analysis for Gulf (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and KSA), Levant (Lebanon, Syria and Jordan) and Pakistan regions • Strong and Effective Compensation and Benefits Practices • End-of-Services (Indemnities / Gratuities) of whole Gulf, Levant and Pakistan regions according to their local labor laws • Management of Loans and their balances • Transactions of new hires and Lay off Staff • Management of All types of leaves of all regions ensuring their correct computations • Controlling and managing employees' personal, assignment & bank details HR Working Experience In Addition To Payroll • Formulating, advising, implementing, reviewing and evaluating HR Policies, HR Workflows (Procedures), HR Manuals, Employment Contracts and HR related Documents • Leading HR Business Partners & HR Coordinators in various HR Operations • Strong practices of Employee Engagement and Employee Relationship by solving employees ‘queries about their HR related issues and HR Policies • Team member of Performance Management, Recruitment Process and Talent Planning • Assisting top management with appropriate feedbacks on HR related matters • Preparing and Presenting different HR Reports to Top Management Oracle HRMS (ERP) Functional Consultant • Maintaining and keep updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) having continuously assessing the organizational needs and requirements • Setting up keyflex fields, creating the jobs and positions • Devising the different Leave Computations of different regions according to their different local laws • Devising diverse functionality of different Payrolls of different Countries • Customizing and Setting up Indemnity (End of Services / Gratuity) rules of different countries • Managing Leave accruals and arranging to carry over old balances to new fiscal years by running the PTO
