Assistant Manager - Engineering & Techno CommercialFull Time

• Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities: - Understanding of Tender document and Preparation of Synopsis and sharing with the top management. - Drafting of RFP, RFQ's and issue PO's and contract to suppliers and service providers. - Attending to Techno commercial meeting with Original Equipment Manufacturers (USA/ Germany/ Italy/ Switzerland/ Netherland/ China/ Korea/ etc.) and Client. - Negotiating quoted price, Contract terms and required technical & commercial features with suppliers. - Contract drafting and Contract finalization. - Manage Supplier, Client and Sub Contractor Accounts. Ensure payment certificate are processed and payments are made as per the agreed contract and procurement terms. - Handling the Letter of Credit process and international shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, waybills including consignee information. - Checking Invoice for payment and give the clearance to Accounts department. - Ability to identify potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of same to senior management.

Mechanical Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Prepare scope of work, Planning and Scheduling of all works. - Ensure availability of tools, Material & Man power and arranging pre shutdown fabrication. - Replacement of Sea water pipe line for main cooling water line. - Attending to meeting with client Engineers.

Assistant Manager – Engineering & ProjectsFull Time

• Job Details:- Coordinate with All Original Equipment Manufacturers to get production program. - Attending to Technical meeting and Kick of Meeting with Original Equipment Manufacturers and Client. - Prepare Technical Agreement for Contract finalization - Understand the Utility processes flow control techniques and supplying pump, piping and valves. - Attending to Factory Acceptance Test at Suppliers factory/ location. - Planning and executing all site activities. - Checking the Solar PV module efficiency and optimization. - Discuss and sort out project site technical issues with the help of equipment supplier specialist. - Conduct the Site acceptance test (SAT) at project site.
