• Job Details:- Designing low currents systems including (Fire Alarm, Structure cabling, CCTV, Public Address, Access Control, BMS…etc.) - Updating shop drawings and as-built drawings. - Preparation of Schematic Diagram "Riser", Input and Output List "I/O List", calculations, and Overall Site Plans. - Coordinate designs with internal architectural, building services.

Electrical and Low Current BIM Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:- Review and study project documents (Design Drawings, specs and BOQ) - Review and preparing shop-drawing for electrical and low current systems before sending to consultant for approvals. - Review Material Submittal before sending to consultant for approvals. - Ensuring that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.

Technical Office and Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Providing and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and quantity surveying. - Negotiate prices with suppliers to reach best price, delivery time and Quality. - Drawing and update the shop-drawing before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals. - Ensuring that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant. - Preparing and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation in order and prepare Price analysis. - Supervisor of installing all electrical components at the building “lightning fixtures, Power sockets, panels and all accessories”. - Preparing as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
