• Job Details:Oversee excavation and earthworks, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Supervise the construction of foundation systems, including ensuring their proper alignment and structural integrity. Coordinate with geotechnical engineers to evaluate soil conditions and determine suitable foundation types. Monitor and inspect underground utilities installation, such as drainage, sewage, and water lines. Supervise the erection of structural components, including columns, beams, slabs, and staircases, ensuring accurate placement and alignment. Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to ensure construction is in accordance with design specifications and drawings. Monitor the quality of concrete pours, reinforcement placement, and formwork installation, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with building codes. Oversee the installation of prefabricated structures and components, ensuring secure connections and proper load distribution. Supervise interior and exterior finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, and facade treatments, ensuring adherence to design aesthetics and material specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for the timely delivery and installation of finishing materials. Inspect final installations for defects, ensuring rectifications are carried out before handover. Oversee landscaping, external pavement, and boundary wall constructions, ensuring they complement the overall project aesthetics.
