• Job Details:• Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site. • Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution. • Interpret construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs. • Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site. • Plan the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups. • Monitor the actual physical works at site and evaluate the project’s progress. • Coordinate with Client/ Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. • Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. • Support the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site. • Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards. • Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. • Directly responsible for the safety of all civil groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environmental standards. • Responsible for Architectural Finishing , Elecrical work And Landscape • Liaised with Client/Consultant representatives for site instructions and inspections. • Making All Invoices For Sub conractors And The owner • Perform other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager. • Responsible for preparing and updating projects`BOQs and calculating Quantities . • Generated and submitted site reports, inspection requests, and monitoring reports regularly. • Responsible For Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings. • Reported the workflow and project progress to management, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
