  • Job Details: Create the Material Requirement Planning Studies including Safety Stock & Reorder Point per item.  Plan and forecast material needs based on Consumption-based planning to ensure availability and effective allocation of inventory and materials at warehouses.  Collaborate closely with the Procurement Team to monitor inventory levels and sourcing needs.  Work using the pre-defined strategies to achieve the optimal stock value.  Follow up the purchase requisition till receiving goods in warehouse.  Plan requirements based on ABC analysis.  Follow up the obsolete & dead stock and advice with solutions or Proposals.  Monthly report for Stock analysis for factory SKUs & follow up improvement plan for Dead & Over stock.  Responsible for the supplies of new projects (Prototypes) according to top Management plan.  Doing all related tasks using SAP Software.
