• Job Details:Propose alternative solutions to resolve problems and service availability issues.  Support the Sales community in developing technical solutions as required.  Design and Implementation of the required strategies to ensure ongoing high levels of Customer Satisfaction through regular reviews defined ownership and continuous service improvement.  Network consultant, support, implementation and troubleshooting for our multiple clients, both national & international.  Long term plan to cover future network expansion, reducing cost and increasing network availability without affecting the quality.  Responsible for the installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of LAN/WAN.  Work on Cisco network security: Cisco VPN technology, application security, identity management, authentication, authorization and account systems; certificate authorities, anti-spam and content filtering.
