Conduct weekly coaching performance meetings to ensure metrics are achieved. 3- Identify performance-related issues, and develop an action plan for improvement. 4- Implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment 5- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations 6- Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates 7- Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training 8- 9- Maintain a good and same work environment. Follow up with any leaves (sick leave, annual.) with WFM to make sure that those PTO/UPTO are accurate. 10- Consistence communication with the rest of the team and let them well-informed about any updates/news 11- Conduct annual /semiannual appraisals for the team. 12- Setting PSP for outliners to support them to improve their performance. 13- Prepare & present WBR, MBR and QBR 14- In charge of Escalations, transactions and Reservation teams
