• Job Details:Respond for 1- Follow up preventive maintenance plan and minimize downtime. 2- Follow up all maintenance tasks on Assembly, brake disc and paint shops also respond to any corrective actions to minimize downtime. 3- Maintenance for factory utilities (pumps - Compressors - Forklifts - chillers - boilers) 4- Make purchase orders for all spare parts to keep minimum stock. 5- Follow up all tasks of welding shop. 6- Distribution of manpower according to all maintenance tasks in different shops. 7- Responsible for civil works 8- Follow up with external contractor for installation of new assembly project steel structure.

• Job Details:Having experience in: 1- Making Preventive Maintenance Plan for Factory Machines 2- Injection molding machines and Blowing machines operation and maintenance of it. 3- Packaging machines 4- Assembly machines for plastic covers 5- Maintenance for factory utilities ( HVAC - Firefighting system-Compressor - Driers - Chillers ) 6- Hydraulic and pneumatic circuits for machines 7- Maintenance of Plastic Molds

Mechanical Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Workshops. Responsible for maintenance process for many machines and systems such as (Gearboxes - Modules - Hydraulic circuits - Lubrication and greasing systems). Responsible for design mechanical parts such as (Shafts - Gears -Bearing seats ) by using Autodesk Inventor software. Responsible for making maintenance reports and production tonnage calculation.
