• Job Details:Managed Operational IT Infrastructure Prudential Create and Installing New Server (Windows) Managed and Troubleshoot server if the issue - Broad knowledge and experience of IT operating systems, including Microsoft Windows client operating systems, windows10,11 & Microsoft Office. - Deploying new hardware, and server backups evaluating new software & security risks involved in the roll-out of software updates and patches. Good knowledge of active directory, DHCP, DNS, file share, GPO, Windows server 2016 & 2019 Firewall Configuration & Policy Management: Responsible for firewall configuration and policy implementation across platforms, focusing on Web Filtering and Application Control using Fortinet during maintenance windows for enterprise networks. - Managed and secure workspaces and devices using Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus. Responsible for configuring, monitoring, and ensuring the security of endpoint devices, providing real-time protection, and managing security policies. - Handled IT purchasing and worked on the Purchasing module in Odoo SH, managing procurement processes efficiently. Worked in a family-owned business environment, adapting to the diverse needs and responsibilities of the organization while ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
