• Job Details:• Assist in presales activities (Estimation of efforts, pricing and proposals). • Define the project management process to be applied to the project • Prepare project plan. • Track and report on progress to plan. • Analyze the actual performance against the plan. • Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. • Assure timely adaptive action is taken. • Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities. • Coordinate management and technical decisions.

Onsite Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Owning client relationships during the implementation phase and throughout the ongoing activities. • Reviewing account activities and sync with the Sales team to identify and grow expansion opportunities within the account. • Being the primary point of contact for the client. • Coordinating and prioritizing priorities, being the voice to the client regarding status updates, scope changes, timelines and budgets. • Assess/evaluate client requirements against existing scope of project, manage project plan and schedule. • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and communication. • Responsible for managing client expectations and needs.
