• Job Details:A. Technical:- • Review of soil reports received from the clients. • Preparation of cost breakdown sheet and submittal of price offers to clients for different piles’ systems. • Preparation of quantity surveying sheets (Reinforcement Steel, Concrete, etc.) • Reviewing of project’s shop drawings. B. Contract Administration:- • Reviewing of client’s contracts and participating in the negotiation process. • Issuing Request for quotations for sub-contractors. C. Project Management:- I. Initiating Phase:- • Identification of high level requirements of the project. • Identification of different project stakeholders. • Identification of risks. II. Planning Phase:- • Preparation of method of statements for different pile systems. • Preparation of quality and safety plan. • Preparation of Baseline Budget Cost for projects. • Preparation of Baseline schedule for projects. • Creating projects on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. III. Executing Phase:- • Preparation of letters, statement of facts, etc. for different projects. • Preparation and submittal of claims:- • Time Extension claims. • Cost claims. • Quantity surveying for reinforcement steel and concrete. • Revision of workshop drawings and calculation of reinforcement cage weights. • Preparation of Sub-contractor contracts after negotiating with the sub-contractors. • Preparation of Sub-contractor invoices. • Daily follow up with sites and preparation of productivity sheets for different projects. • Preparation of stoppage days report for different projects. • Preparation of different templates for projects (Pile records, Daily Report, Minutes of Meetings, Pile Borehole Logs, etc.). IV. Monitoring and Controlling Phase:- • Following up on daily basis with the operation department to update progress. • Cost Control: Carrying on variance analysis for different projects (Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, Cost Variance and Schedule Variance). • Preparing Estimate at Completion (EAC) for different projects. • Preparation of project weekly and monthly reports. • Review of received client invoices. • Preparation of progress presentations. V. Closing Phase:- • Reviewing the final invoice issued from the client and comparing it to the actual executed quantities in addition to reviewing of any deductions, submitted claims, etc. • Preparation of site delivery report. • Preparation of preliminary and final delivery reports.

Project EngineerInternship

• Job Details:• Preparation of Project’s Daily Report for National Authority for Tunnel (NAT), creation and update of Pile Progress Log Sheet. • Creation and update of Civil Work Progress sheet for Line Segment NCL06 (4.50 KM Long). • Inspection of Steel reinforcement elements for Super-structure (Piers, Pier Caps, Column Kickers), Inspection of formworks for Piers, Pier Caps and Column Kickers. • Inspection, testing and acceptance of Concrete prior to casting.
