• Job Details:Handling all import shipments, mailing agents to get best rates for air & sea import requests, handling import operations files, handling all import customs clearance procedures, following up with our brokers for the clearance process to be done correctly.

Customs & Imports Agent

• Job Details:Handling all clearance process step by step from shipment arrival till release process, prepare all clearance documents with consignee before shipment arrival, coordinate shipments status between customers and brokers at airport, handling all customers’ complaints for any mistake or delay in clearance process.

Retail Officer

• Job Details:Handling customers inside all FedEx branches rotationally, calculating prices of customers’ shipments depending on weight & dimensions and postal codes, following up all shipments (inbound & outbound) also domestic shipments.
