Sep 2023 – OCT 2023: Trainee at NSF (National steel fabrication company)  Location: 6th of October city NSF company Head office Jul 2023 – Sep 2023: Trainee as a Civil engineer at CRC Doraa  Location: sheikh Zayed city, village west project  Responsibilities:  NDT Methods: (VT) (PT) (MT) (RT) (UT) Material Procurement, Visual and Dimensional inspection, Ultrasonic testing and checking for surface defects, misalignment, and improper finishes. Raw Materials, Cutting, Punching, Assembly, Bending, Welding with SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW. Surface Treatment, Checking / Final Inspection, and Painting (WFT) & (DFT), then Packing Loading Shipment.  Nesting for CNC machine Create drawings with Autocad then transfer these drawings to SheetCam program for Nesting Materials into Plates. Following up with Fit up and Welding for steel structure manual and with Built up Machine, Drilling machine, Shearing, Thread machine, and saw machine.
