• Job Details:Project: Emaar clear point , Ocean Point - Dubai UAE , Dubai Position: -Planning Engineer March 2025– Present Company: Ginco General Contracting LLC Description: Clear point is a premium residential 3-towers development by Emaar Properties in Rashid Yachts & Marina, in addition to just 14 three-bedroom duplexes. The property sizes range from 806 sq. ft to 2,902 sq. Client : Emaar Main Contractor : Ginco General Contracting LLC Consultant : Mirage Cost Consultant : Atkins Realis Work Responsibilities : • Developed and maintained detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 . • Monitored site progress, identified deviations from the baseline, and updated schedules accordingly to reflect actual performance. • Prepared and submitted daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and earned value analysis (EVA). • Created and updated revised baselines and recovery schedules in response to delays, design changes. • Attended regular meetings with Emaar representatives, consultants, and internal teams to align on project goals. • Assisted in the preparation and substantiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and conducted delay impact . • Collaborated with procurement, execution, and subcontracting teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of project activities as per the schedule. • Maintained proper documentation and logs of all planning data, schedule revisions, and project correspondence in line with Emaar and Ginco’s standards. • Supported the Senior Planning Engineer and Project Manager in overall project controls
