• Job Details:Support Engineer - Management and maintenance of Office 365 and Azure (including Intune, Exchange online, Teams and OneDrive). - Tracking and escalation of incidents with Office 365 Microsoft Premier support. - Suggesting services that benefit the academy system , such as (WATI - Crisp - Accredible). - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to solve it as soon as possible to stabilize the system. - Act as the advanced technical contact for troubleshooting customer issues. - Document system processes and procedures. - Ensure the operational health of the Office 365 environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability. - Manage and administer user identities as well as the groups and rules. - Manage, monitor, and assign O365 software licensing, as needed. - Office 365 monitoring service health, and management of service requests. - Support the ongoing operation of Microsoft Teams and other related services like One Note, groups, & One Drive. Wordpress Developer: - Build responsive pages for Anas Academy Website & Courses Website. - Modifying the site to speed it up as much as possible, adding security features and using cdn.
