• Job Details:1. Responsible for Both Finished goods (sugar, pellets and Molasses) & Spare parts Warehouses 2. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders 3. Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all Freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate Warehouses 4. Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or Damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization 5. Issuing & Receiving Items & goods daily using Oracle 6. Responsible for coding system on oracle 7. Sending daily report of total receiving & Dispatch of finished goods (sugar, pellets and molasses) using Microsoft office programs (Excel, PowerPoint &word) and Outlook 8. Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer. 9. Ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming product. 10. Making inventory analysis report clarifying (Non moving-Slow Moving-Obsolete- Strategic) Items and its value o be discussed with finance and related departments 11. Making Standard of procedures (SOP)s report for all operations related to warehouse such as (Receiving-Issuing-etc)
