• Job Details:• Prepare the preliminary Project Information sheet and site visit report to give Subcontractors and Suppliers an idea about the Scope of work and Site conditions. • Study contract documents related to the project (time schedule, project drawings, BOQ, Technical Specifications, Terms and Conditions... etc.), Identify and prepare packages as per the Scope of Work. • Preparation of Quotation Requests according to the project’s requirements clarifying technical specifications, special requirements, and BOQ. • Send Quotation Requests to the Suppliers and subcontractors. • Negotiate Offers with Suppliers and Subcontractors to get their best Prices, Payment terms, Conditions ... etc. • Make comparisons between Offers covering the technical, and financial aspects and schedule to select the best that suits the project needs. • Choosing the best that can suit the project needs. • Make the Purchase Orders for the materials and Contracts for the subcontractors. • Generating reports in ERP (Oracle) for Purchase Orders. • Following up on work quality for each Sub-Constructor according to the Quarter and semiannual reports received from the projects. • Ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives. • Package of Construction work on it:  Boreholes and Excavation  Piles  Supply Concrete  Steel Structure  Building, Masonry, and Painting.  Marble and Ceramic.  Cell Doors, Fire-rated Doors, and wooden doors.  Cladding, Curtin walls, and louvers.  Crital & Handrails.  Insulation.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures. Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). • Preparing shop drawings and a list of marble pieces and supervising them in the factory before sending them to different sites. • Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approvals. • Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. • Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Review and Approve the design drawings as Contractor.  Preparation of Structural shop drawings and Structural & Architectural Details like Ceramic and Marble for the Consultant approval.  Doing on Draw Concrete Dimension & Coordinates for Elements.  Doing on Calculate Quantity Surveying, Specification and Extracts.  Doing on Finish Works like Plastering, Paints, Floors Works like Raised Floor.  Doing on Calculate Quantity Surveying, Break Down for different elements and Owner Extracts for Variation Orders.
