  • Job Details:Main responsibilities: • Responsible for Sterile Area as maintain Preparation and receiving tanks, autoclaves, ampules and vials filling machines and (blow, fill and seal) machine for plastic ampules. • Responsible for Transdermal and Hydrogel Patches ODF (oral dissolvable film) Department. • Responsible for Research and Development machines. • Responsible for Microbiology machines. • Implement the settled maintenance programs; • Ensure maximum utilization of equipment and machinery abiding to the documented ISO standards and quality measures. • Upgrade the technical capabilities of the Technical Staff to ensure results are up to the required standards. • Make machine list, annual preventive plan, Monthly preventive plan and work order for both preventive and corrective maintenance according to the documented ISO standards and quality measures. • Making IQ and OQ for new machines. • Make SOP for new machines or modification for exist SOP. • Adding modifications to improve the performance of machines. • Installing and commissioning of new machines. • Diagnosing machine failures and taking actions to solve the problems. • Assessing the needs of machine replacements, spare parts.
