• Job Details: Duties: o HSE policy and procedures improvements to be approved by the senior management. o Risk Assessment for the factory and the distribution branches all over the country. o Waste management process creation which meet the legal and environmental requirements. o Applying Data Logger measurements analysis to monitor the temperature and humidity rates all day in the factory and the branches and detecting the variations. o Dealing with governmental institutions such as National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Professional Health and Safety Bureau and Civil Defense unit. o Supervising the following duties:  Periodic fire extinguishers check.  Machinery HSE related reports and checklists.  Applying Work Permits for external contractors after informing them with our HSE related regulations, or for specific hazardous tasks.  Conducting HSE related trainings to raise HSE awareness of the company team.  Firefighting system maintenance and modifications.  Keeping the records and documents as references and for improvement purpose.  Projects: o Firefighting and fire alarm system installation in Ismailia branch. o Fire alarm system installation in Cairo branch according to The Egyptian Fire Code Part Three (Fire Detection and Alarm Systems).  Achievements: o Reduction of machinery accidents from 6 in 2017 to Zero in 2019. o HSE Policy and Procedure creation. o HSE related training materials creation based on international references such as FM Global, NFPA, OSHA ... etc. o Supply the required fire extinguishers and Personal Protective Equipment “PPE”. o Applying Data Logger devices to monitor the temperature and humidity rates all day in the factory and the branches. o Created a team of five HSE officers.
