• Job Details:.Prepare concept designs including 3D modeling & render as requested. .Prepare preliminary design, Schematic design & detailed design. .Coordinate with other disciplines during the preliminary, schematic design & detailed design stages to make sure no discrepancy in the design. .Complete project details & requirement in the detailed design stage (draft detailed & final detailed stage). .Complete final design review and check based on authorities,standards and follow up approvals upon submission until obtaining of approval. .Review & prepare required details during the construction stage whenever needed. .Guides skill development of junior designers. .Leads project meetings at discretion of Design Manager. .Solves complex design problems through schematic design and design development. .Present design schemes and documents to the client with the Design Manager. .Works with Technical coordinator and technical team to ensure design intent is accurately interpreted in documents. .Developing strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and production. .Provides design support for completion and execution of design projects.

• Job Details:.Built CAD drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers. .Design Presentations, submittals & portfolios in all presentation types. .Rendered for marketing and presentation purposes. .Assisted in the coordination of plans and designs.
