• Job Details:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, network switches, wireless access points, printers, etc. ● Collaborate with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems. ● Installing and configuring computer hardware, software including essential operating systems and applications such as Windows 7, windows 8, and Windows 10, MS Office 365 applications such as Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and SharePoint document sharing), file sharing offline, network switches, wireless access points, standalone and network shared printers. ● Act as a Project Manager for migration from physical infrastructure to VMware ESXI. ● Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Office 365 applications (Office 365 Administrator). ● Create and put into place a backup plan to minimize downtime and outages for all IT systems. ● Good experience with basic Microsoft systems administrative tasks for; Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows backup, File sharing, Internet access, and connection installation and troubleshooting. ● Define and implement firewall policies based on security requirements with Sophos and FortiGate Firewalls. ● Develop and implement measures and procedures to protect IT systems from cyber threats and data breaches. ● Ensure all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications. ● Manage and configure NAS storage: QNAP. ● Provide technical support for users experiencing issues with computer applications or operating computer equipment. ● Direct employees in meeting quality and on-time delivery requirements, addressing production challenges and communicating issues to relevant managers. ● Handle tickets (Manage Engine Ticketing System) and act as the fetching point for service desk team members. ● implemented developed and tested the installation and update of file servers, print servers, and application servers.
