• Job Details:* Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of heating, ventilating, HVAC and general piping system. * Manage to over see the work of subordinate staff contact architects or Engineers. * Identify problems in design, plan, follow and deliver multiple projects. * Manage a processre-engineering project to improve and Consolidate restructured communication flow among 5 departments, and cut down paperwork by 55%. * Advise the PD/PM of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress

• Job Details:•To lead and motivate body shop team to deliver departmental performance. •Ensure work quality meets and exceeds desired level and committed to ongoing training and development. •Day to day management and performance of body shop and the workshop Image. •Responsible for workshop working to capacity and keeping appointments and deadlines. •Make sure of providing the best possible quality of service which ultimately will serve to bring in new customers. •Responsible for the workshop's parts turnover. •Responsible for communication between Reception, Parts Department, Workshop and customers.
