• Job Details:Participate in the development of the company's overall strategy and the development of human resources strategy and long-term and short-term objectives and follow-up departments to ensure its implementation. Responsible for the development of the annual budget for human resources and its approval from the general manager. Designing the organization structure to optimize human capital performance. Establish, manage, and improve: human resource planning system, recruitment & selection system, rewarding system including salaries, benefits, performance management system, training, development, and knowledge management system, retaining programs including HR social activities, grievance system, communication, and personal support, deployment mechanism. Responsible for submitting the necessary reports to present the performance and development rates of the general manager and present the necessary proposals for development.

Assessing environment to identify external changes, opportunities & threat to take the needed preventive actions to cope with external changes. Designing the organization structure to optimize human capital performance. Establish communication system to improve transparency & involvement.

Corporate Human Resources Manager

• Job Details:Responsible for maintaining annual sourcing plan and developing and maintaining agreements with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sourcing activities. Designing the accumulated manpower plan for all company branches restaurants. Preparing the annual budget for the recruitment division in coordination with HR director. Receiving periodic feedback on hired candidates’ performance from branches and analyzing the outcome to evaluate the whole recruitment & sourcing process.
