Training and Development ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for all aspects of initial and ongoing sales force training, including Product, managed markets, marketplace knowledge, selling, and business skills. • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment for the Commercial Sector. • Develop training and development programs and objectives. • Work closely with Business unit managers to develop learning strategies and workshops that align with defined business objectives and include pull-through and measurement. • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing Domty’s LMS. • Trains and coaches District managers, supervisors, and sales representatives. • Designs and develops potentiality assessment materials and programs that include competency-based evaluations. • Continually assesses and analyzes Performance gaps, reviews/monitors sales force KPIs and performance appraisals Quarterly, and develops creative and innovative solutions. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training using evaluation/assessing methodologies. • Acts as a subject matter expert in adult learning and collaborates across the department to proactively and consistently share best practices and processes. • Develops and facilitates assigned training for key business stakeholders, i.e. new hires, management, and advanced skill training. • Ensues that all training materials reflect the latest market trends and conditions. • Efficiently manages assigned budget within the operating guidelines.

Training And Development SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Conduct research and organize scientific materials from various sources (e.g. Books, journal articles, existing scientific research, activities, educational videos...etc.) that serve the training objectives and topics delineated in the annual training plan, and present high-quality research in written English and/ or Arabic. - Assist the Training Manager in designing training content and developing adaptive methodology and tools to deliver the training. - Design training assessment surveys and utilize tools (e.g. pre-post questionnaires) to measure the impact of such training across different target groups. - Implement training KPIs and report on results and findings, including (but not limited to) analytically insightful quarterly and annual training reports - Prepare PowerPoint presentations and training tools for each training. - Carry out training plans and conduct training sessions for field staff (ToT) to prepare them to train local volunteers. - Conduct field visits to assess training outcomes and impact. - Participate in local field meetings to assess special needs in specific areas. - Organize, coordinate, facilitate, and plan workshops for program participants and their mothers in collaboration with field staff. - Maintain a log of all training conducted and files of training materials. - Update and follow up on volunteer training attendance, using a database to track training activities and attendance, and address issues in an agile matter. - Follow up with field staff to ensure training effectiveness and address concerns. - Create new initiatives to achieve the Training department's Objective.

Sr. Lead, Corporate Training & DevelopmentFull Time

• Job Details:-Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids). -Conduct in-house training on functional skills and knowledge. -Handling the Soft Skills training courses resulting from the PDPs based on the employee performance. -Participate in the development of the Training budget as required. -Conduct training to promote employees' technical skills. -Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements -Responsible for reporting attendance and evaluations. Ensure standard quality measures are met by conducting training delivery and administration checks as per the policies. -Conduct analysis on trainees in terms of satisfaction, issue reports on activities done and progress before -taking corrective actions to improve quality. -Find creative, cost-efficient solutions (when needed) that would sustain and retain the knowledge or skills transferred. -Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports and dashboards.
