• Job Details:Conducting up training classes and sessions before and after the agents shifts and assisting with the most updated information of the product knowledge. Coordinating team meetings and activities and providing informal coaching to agents. Member in the Help desk team, and handling the customers who demand a supervisor. Also as a Floor walker, supporting non-tenured agents by providing always the up-to-date information.

Technical SupportFull Time

• Job Details:Handling Inbound and Outbound calls (Customer's Inquiries , and Complains ). Maintaining customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution. Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer's needs.
