• Job Details:1. Supervise the QA specialist's work activities. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall processes. 3. Promote conformance to NFSA regulations, FSSC, BRCGS, ISO 22000. 4. Establish & implement internal & external audit plans & checklists of the management systems implemented ISO 9001, 22000, FSSC, BRCGS, NFSA. 5. Perform GAP analysis between the actual & desired management systems. 6. Establish food safety and quality culture plan on the site and responsible for its implementation verification plan. 7. Participate in establishing & developing the policies, procedures, WI & plans. 8. Improving the reporting system to comply with system requirements. 9. Plan for the traceability trials & Mock Recalls. 10. Follow up the NCR status of all the operation activities. 11. Responsible for customer complaint system & follow-up. 12. Responsible for training plans preparation with Quality Manager & HR & coordinating its implementation regarding quality principles. 13. Responsible for document control system implementation & follow up. 14. Establishing quality assurance plans for our production lines & follow up on implementation. 15. Following up of HACCP plan update, Food Defense, Food Fraud, External Testing, Pest Control.
