Viewed applications of drivers to determine eligibility based on, vehicle's road-worthiness, criminal history, license type, and previous offenses (If reapplying). Provided information to both drivers and riders whenever they inquired, such as CoVID regulations and the reimbursements program that DiDi provided to drivers affected. Handled driver and rider disputes and investigated to detect fraudulent behavior. Was the first contact line for any issue facing both drivers and riders, and if an issue was not in my department's concern, I'd appoint the correct person responsible.
