• Job Details:Managing a group of Direct Account Manager to increase revenue & number of transaction for existing merchants, also provide my team solutions to increase them revenue of merchants through using our service of POS, Billing, Installment, Online “E- Commerce” Payment, trade marketing, Dashboard & Tap on Phone.  Monitor daily transaction & revenue for Team Member  Daily Report of area revenue & number of activated services to head of sales.  Provide Team Leads with new service knowledge  Staff management  Weekly double visit with team members  Create Sales Plan for team members  Working with the vision and mission of the company  Follow up with merchant to be sure that services arrive to them correctly  Monthly Training to team members Coach team members for correctly sales way
