• Job Details: Building up the policy of the compound by taking in consideration (comfort, safety and quality)  Dealing with the clients after the unit delivery and updating his family members information through collective Database.  Communicating with clients through different ways (phone calls, e-mail and texting messages) For receiving their compliments and suggestions  Serving the clients by handling their complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time frame  Making better community lifestyle by making decorations and events for feasts and festivals as to increase the client property quality  Getting different offers and giveaways from different firms for our client’s pleasure  Supporting clients with any technician needed by managing time frame and following up till the case is closed

Handover & CRM assistant MangerFull Time

• Job Details: Monitoring the team’s performance.  Resolves project or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.  Identify and assess customer`s needs to achieve satisfaction.  Handover the units to the clients as per the agreed process.  Ensures that the delivery is as per the time scheduled.  Following up and assuring the completion of the snag list.  Deal proactively with the customers to fulfill their banking requirements and solve their queries efficiently  Manage customer traffic to ensure key service standards are met  Dealing with different departments (Engineering , contracting and legal affairs) before handing over the unit as to be sure of the unit finish and financial dues or any legal issues.
