• Job Details:- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. - Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts. - Maintain excellent communication with all end-users and other members of the technology department to ensure the timely delivery of all deliverables. - Maintain Documentation of all network related information for each project. - Communicate directly to the client for all technical related aspects in coordination with the Project Manager. - Perform fault isolation and trouble resolution on network hardware, and software. - Conducting site surveys for upcoming projects. - Maintain technical and training documentation. - Provides technical support and consultation for enhancement of and change to all network related aspects. - Install, Configure and Monitoring Security Cameras (Ascendent and Grundig). - Testing and monitoring VOIP Systems. - Install and maintaining of access control machines for security and time attendance. - UTP & Fiber cables installation (including termination, pulling, labeling, and fiber splicing) and position cables and wires. Install racking and stacking for equipment like (switches, routers, UPSs, access control systems, Indoor/outdoor cameras, etc..). - Delivering end-user training for the client’s team on the installed systems.
