• Job Details:I’ve worked across multiple areas of internal systems and client projects, contributing to both frontend and backend development using modern tools and scalable practices. My responsibilities include: • Working on a wide range of CRM modules, including legal, time-off, chat, tasks management, teams management, project management, and outreach — helping support day-to-day operations and internal workflows. • Enhancing the chat module by adding real-time notifications and optimizing message delivery speed, improving user experience across teams. • Creating a complete affiliate system from the ground up, covering referrals, offers, and payment handling, integrated seamlessly into the CRM. • Implemented PDF resume generator to generate resumes for all our employees. • Refactoring legacy codebases into modern architectures and design patterns to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance. • Contributing to various client projects, assisting in backend development, frontend updates, and overall product maintenance. • Refactoring existing applications to new frameworks for improved performance and developer experience. • Participating in weekly team meetings to align on goals, discuss technical challenges, and contribute to collaborative decision-making. • Integrating third-party services like Square Payments, Lithic, Dux Soup, Clerk, and others across multiple projects, ensuring robust and secure data flow between systems. • Improving query performance and optimizing data access using PostgreSQL, Sequelize, and TypeORM. • Writing automated scripts with Puppeteer to scrape real estate data and run bidding processes, streamlining time-consuming manual operations. • Building Python APIs to support AI-powered features and internal tooling.
